It is from Game of Thrones.

The little guy with the spear kicks the big guys ass up and down in a fight to the death. Then at the end, he has the big guy down on the ground, spear impaled through his chest and he is near dead. The little guy has won and just needs to finish him off.

But he wants him to confess to the rape and murder of his sister and her kids so he sits there taunting him and all telling him to confess. His anger and ego get the best of him and he gets too close with his guard down. The big guy manages to disarm him and grab him by the head and roll on top of him. Then he finally confesses to the man who probably doesn't even hear it over his own screams as he is also jamming his thumbs into his eyes and popping them, then after he confesses, the big guy crushing the little guys skull, killing him with his brains coming out the back of his head.

While the Red Wedding made me scream in impotent rage, this scene made me squirm and look away as the Mountain was crushing Oberyn's eyeballs.

I'm in the same boat as the old lady, I read the entire first column and was like "wtf?" then read it across like it was "intended"...
