Its a world drop, so it can drop off of anything. I haven't seen any of the new meta patterns drop yet, but there is at least 1 guy posting the gems on the AH on my server.
i5 2500k, GTX 660Ti , Asrock Z68 Pro3-M, 8GB RAM

So, incredibly low droprate then :/ I also have found none of the metas on my server so guess it's gonna be slow going for a while.

My server had someone on hordeside cutting them yesterday and there were two others who had posted them on the ah...
