DPS lacking

I feel like I should be doing more dps then I am at the moment. Since i hear of people doing 24k+ in the gear level I'm at. My uptime on my most recent Baleroc kill (http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/k...?s=7138&e=7447) is better then i've ever done before yet I still feel I'm doing subpar. Anything advice you can give me would be most appreciated.

Honestly... the difference appears to be in the buffs you don't have. No DI, no spell power totem or spell damage debuff on the boss, and no fm on you on that Baleroc fight. It looks like you personally are doing great, it's just that spriests need those buffs to really maximize.
