The majority of it is World Edit, but I do have to go back through and add/subtract where stuff doesn't look quite right.

Another one to add to the collection, enjoy peeps !
*sight* if I just had the patience to do that...
Here is the area that me and a friend are working on at present, it's only half finished but is beginning to take shape!
"When people get hurt, they learn to hate... when people hurt others, they become hated and racked with guilt. but knowing that pain allows people to be kind. Pain allows people to grow... and how you grow is up to you."
So I started playing Minecraft about a year ago and since then have kept building upon the same area, turning it into a small city. For the most part its just my work, recently I have found another good friend to add to the server and he's built a few building now too. 2-3 Buildings are NOT our creations, they were imported from schematics to fill in the empty parts of the city as we expanded it.
Either way just felt like some community feedback would be cool, been working on it for awhile now and each build I get a bit more bold. So here are some screenshots from my city!

I've never played this game (though i know what it is), but...WOW! That's pretty cool to look at. Congrats.
Pretty badass. I have always thought it would be part of one of those servers that builds real life cities.
Fun with redstone, a big automated melon farm.
This was built particularly with AFK farming in mind, activating auto harvesting and then sitting in the collection area
Screenies in links (Big pictures):

This wasn't as much hard as it was tedious, setting up all of the pistons and melons and figuring out what did and didn't work.
The harvesting was delayed so that only up to 10 pistons are firing at a time, to lower lag.
The auto harvesting was built with an extreme delay, using two redstone clocks over 50 ticks each rigged up to an AND gate. That way the circuit only triggers when both sync up in the gate, giving them a multiplying delay, rather than adding. This makes the delay over 2000 ticks, which is good for reducing lag and giving melons time to grow.
The delay is about 8 minutes, or 4800 ticks. Using two tracks of 71 and 72 tick delays. It is shorter than it looks due to pulse length. The tick delay equation for this (I believe) Is ((Track1xTrack2)/(Difference in track delays))+track2 (The long track)=total delay (All in minecraft ticks)
The shutoff is using a monostable circuit to generate a long pulse, which activates two pistons over gaps in the clocks to temporarily break the circuit, reconnecting when the pistons retract.
All of the water makes the slices flow down and eventually in to the harvesting area for you to pick up. Engage auto harvesting, sit in the collection spot, afk for a bit, come back for a bunch of melons.
