inscription in 8.1

With the changes some professions got and lack of some got as well is it worth keeping inscription right now or wait to see if they get anything good next patch? The darkmoon decks didn't get an ilvl boost and glyphs and contracts sell for chump change if they even sell. I was thinking of switching to alchemy where i can at least get a high level trinket which i find harder to replace than most other pieces and im sure i can make more gold with procs selling flasks and potions.

I can still score about 20K on a couple of decks, Fathoms and Squalls I believe. Those two can still stay on par if not beat some 385 trinkets for certain classes (I'm still using mine)...
