Any way you look at it really, you can clearly see design principles meant to loop players through the cartel market. Whether it's subscribers buying up unlocks to redistribute or not, it is awfully transparent it is the driving force of system design in the game now. If you can't see that, I don't know what to say. There's so much evidence pointing directly to that fact, it's past time for jumping to conclusions.
