I know this is a bit of a strange topic. I am curious if other people have pre-raid rituals like myself. I usually like to smoke a good cigar and have a beer or two handy.

Haters gonna hate
We have one break in raid half way through of a 3 hour raid. Break is when my wife and I crack open a Heineken. We drink 2 beers the second half, no more no less.
"Peace is a lie"
Best way to never get a first kill on a boss late in the evening if half of the raid does that. Not that it's not fun, though, lol. I remember the RL in one of my guilds always sounded like he died a bit inside when he heard the sound of a can being opened coming from one of our healers' mic, a regular drunk. His narrative usually changed from "let's go, we can do it today” to "come on, let's practice some more" in an instant.
Before I log in: Scramble to finish dinner, finish eating dinner, finish doing the dishes, finish yelling profanities at any religious/capitalist salespeople having the AUDACITY to come knocking on my door, make sure all windows are closed so that the neighborhood kitty-kitt-kitt-cat can't come inside and wreck me halfway through the raid, make sure all hamster cages are secured so I won't have to chase a hamster mid-raid/experience a hamster climbing up my leg mid-boss... Syrian hamsters have COLD hands and feet!
Amidst all this I'll also wash my hands at least once (hate the feeling of sticky hands) and make sure I have a near freezing bottle of Fanta/Coke/Trocadero Zero for easy drinkage. I'm not big on snacks at the computer because of crumbs and sticky fingers and not wanting my chewing to be louder than the voice com voices...
Upon logging in: Scramble to remember if I've forgotten any of the IRL objectives as well going through if I've forgotten some of my flask/food/token prep.
... Seeing all of this, I shall not protest quite as loudly from now on whenever people tell me that I'm like a Duracell bunny on crack.

When I still played:
Get into Vent/Discord before everyone else and berate every single person as they trickle in.
Have very loud music playing on my speakers that my guild members could easily hear whenever I queued my mic.
Have tons of water near my desk, so I can conveniently take piss breaks during trash.
I prepare some snacks and a book or two to read from my iPad between bosses. When I know I'm gonna OT, I make sure to prepare some tea help calm my nerves. LOL.
...Ok, time to change the ol' Sig ^_^
