Got my 780 today. Messed around with OCing it a bit. I feel like I can still get a little bit more out of it:

And I've received my RIVE yesterday. Tried 49x on 3930K with 1.4Vcore passing Cinebench 11.5.. :P
Disk clone at 66% and going strong, hope this works. In other news, new 3tb WD drive

You all can expect a new diary entry from me tonight.
$90 for the lovely R4 no window Arctic White when the R4s are normally $120-130 is a bloody steal!
I'll also be looking at, and maybe buying, a Dell U2312HM UltraSharp display. It's only $180 in-store, so it may be a good one to get. A generally cheap IPS, and thankfully under 24 inches.
Get a 27" 1440p monitor, you know you want to!

I must say, "Chicagoland" sounds like a really sucky theme-park.
Looks like I've got additional homework this weekend.
I've been pretty happy with the 780 so far. I've managed a 1228 core clock and +500 on the memory, but I still think I can squeeze just a tiny bit more out of it, at the very least another +100 on the memory. I set up an aggressive fan profile and it's only gotten to 58C while playing BF3 with the reference cooler. I was up until 3am messing with it and now I'm paying for it at work. Good thing it's Friday.

Nice! Is it the reference model? I'd suppose it reaches 1.2V judging by those clocks? :>
Thinking about trying a modded BIOS with mine. Sucks to be limited to 1.187V on software side.. Seems to be a common problem too. At least my memory clocks really well at 7.2GHz. Can actually run it at 7GHz memory on stock voltage.
Damn shame, tetris. I really wonder what causes these issues. O_o
Ever since I realized one of the cables was no longer plugged in fully into my power supply (it was either the CPU 8 pin or ATX 24 pin) and got it plugged in, I've not had any problems. Going to post some update pictures to the post your gaming setup thread now, though!

So... I bet your Define R4 is pretty loud, huh?
