Next hero predictions?

I'm predicting Doomfist is the next to be released sometime around end of July/early August. Maybe after that we'll see Pharah's mom or Athena's humanoid form (Google integrated - j.k)?

Also, no confirmation this will be an actual hero but I thought this was particularly awesome of the Overwatch artists =>Concept hero based on a little dreamer's drawing.

Probably whatever "Sombra" is. Which if I had to guess would be another support since their is only 4 of them with 5 for every other class type.

I think it'd be cool to see Overwatch's take on a support or offensive version of Team Fortress' Spy class - something that can either cloak or disguise itself as the opposing teams' players.

I didn't see them mention it personally, but it'd be odd considering the payload map where you're literally escorting the doomfist. It could happen but from what lore bits I've seen in the game it seems highly unlikely.

The rumors going around are of this sombra person as others have said.

Though I'm not up on my rumor-milling so I've never heard of Sombra.

I thought it would be Doomfist, despite escorting his Doom Fist in Numbani. Lore doesn't matter. If it did, you wouldn't have Reaper teaming up with Winston and Solider 76.

I imagine Doomfist having the health and armor of Reinhardt with the melee power of Reinhardt...wait, that's just Reinhardt. I'm really bad at coming up with characters.

In the far future i hope to see some sort of talon designed mutated medical experiment monster. Can launch through the air and knock a person down for a moment like a reverse hook for shift, E is a high pressure acide hose that you channel while moving for a short while (sustain damage + a dot for a while). Ult is to vomit a huge pulsing blob that explodes for some damage into small creatures that attack, hunt and latch onto different enemies. Shoots small spines in a wide but short range for main attack and a single spear like spine for long range, can spam its melee trice in a row for a hack and slash.

but as for what we can find. I hope its the big red guy.

The young girl is named BIRST, basically one of the peeps at blizzard had their kid invent their own overwatch hero and then a more professional artist drew the newer image if it was made for the game, But I don't think she will ever make it in game because shooting children is always a dicey dick move. Nothing riles people up like putting a bullet in a little girls skull from 600 yards!

Birst is some guys kids concept which a blizz artist did a -very- quick mock up in photoshop to give back to the kid and they just put the art out there for us to see, not going to be an in game character you can play because for some reason people dislike shooting guns at kids.

Lucio is like 4'6"... All they'd have to do is make her slightly adult shapely and give her a grown-up face and you'd be good to go...

Personally I think the game needs a better widowmaker counter, the current high end meta is that the team with the best twitch reaction widowmaker wins and widowmaker is pretty much present in every game I have played (and no, I don't play her due to shakey carpal tunnel hands which don't make it easy for pin point accuracy.).

Sounds like you need better flankers/tanks. That is the job of Genji and Tracer. Harass the defense/offense/support of the opposing team...
