Maybe it's just a Seattle thing, but here they say they can tell the transplants from other states because they're the ones using umbrellas. Is it the same in PDX?

Nope it's a thing here, too. Most people run with hoods or just not at all. I usually stand out when I use one.

I did try Kachka last month, was on a day trip with a Russian girl I'm seeing. Figured that was a good time to try it out. It was pretty good.

Haven't tried the seafood place yet though.
