Looks like OBJ took Rams #3 .. which was apparently very important to his signing and was going to be Cam Akers number lmao
When is Sky Judge being implemented?

I am giving their defense and special teams props too. Blocking a FG is no easy feat.
Of course...where was this the rest of the season? The Eagles have a loooooooooooooong history of only stepping up when it doesn't matter anymore. Well, I guess a lot of people say that about their team, don't they?
I don't want to use the term "mathematically impossible" but the Eagles are nowhere near the playoff position. I don't follow the Cowboys, but I haven't heard any reason the Cowboys would just start sucking all of a sudden right now. The Bills/Patriots will probaby take one wild card. It would take a miracle for the Eagles to pull ahead of (checks standings) the six contenders with 5+ wins each.
Again, the concern my math-based brain has is that the Eagles have to pull ahead of all of them. Considering their sheer number, and yes the "protection" that some of them play each other which means they can't all lose, I just don't like those odds.
There's six weeks left, a lot can happen, but I'm not expecting any postseason for them.
If a wild card emerges from the NFC East the NFC Least meme would officially be dead. Unless one of these teams has a mericle bounce then I am with you, highly unlikely.
The only problem with the League is its best aspect though. Pretty much anyone can beat anyone.
This year also seems to have really good teams sleeping on really bad teams as a norm.
There's nothing that suggests Alex Leatherwood won't develop into an excellent lineman.
But ugh are rookie O lineman years painful to watch
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
I've rooted against him his whole career, but it was kinda nice to see Cam Newton back with the Panthers. Last time I saw him in that uni he was a ghost of his former self and barely able to play.

Like I said the Patriots are starting to sneak up as legitimate AFC contenders, I think the Packers are starting to sneak up as legitimate NFC contenders. They don't play the flashy poppy offensive Football of the Rams and Cardinals, but that Defense is become an absolute monster.
In the last three weeks they held down the unbeaten Cardinals, were a handful of special teams mishaps from beating the Chiefs with Jordan Love, and now shut out the Seahawks. And this is a team who can't get much more injured than they've already been, so their only direction to go is up from where they are now, which is 8-2, in the 1 seed, and if that holds I don't see why they shouldn't be the Super Bowl favorites.

Not at all; it happens every few years.

Strange to see a game where the packers are more physical than the Seahawks.
TIL if you want to piss off a hardcore raiders fan, call the guys with the spikey shoulderpads and face paint in the stands cosplayers.
Our rookie RT Spencer Brown is wrecking people: CF today: https://twitter.com/NFL/status/1459975749725609988 He's #79 and he makes plays like this goddamn always.
Also @Grube thought you might like what McDermott had to say about Isaiah McKenzie today. Best pickup off a practice squad I can recall in a long time: https://twitter.com/Matt_Bove/status...19358328147973
Denver has more double-digit losses in the last 2 seasons than any 2 year span in their history, including the 60's when they lost 10-11 games almost every year in a 14 game schedule. They are also 1-20 while trailing at halftime under Fangio. That is actually impressive.
Glad he was able to rebound after his very rough rookie season. Every time he was back to return a punt it felt like he either fumbled or had a good return.
Normally I'd say playoffs are completely out of the question, but it is the NFC East...
I'm just hoping the coaching staff and players pull a 1999 and mature with their coach so we have something to look forward to in 2022. I'd much rather them use those three first round picks for defensive players (Kyle Hamilton pls) instead of a quarterback.

Dallas is going to win the NFC East, no doubts in my mind about that. And getting a wild card from the NFC East will be tough at this point considering the NFC West where either the Cardinals or Rams are going to swallow up one WC, and possibly a second WC for Seattle.
