I dont know, any time I was on the server it seemed pretty fine for me, but obv you cant do anything on that one with Tekkit.

It was fine for a long time and then before we switched to my server, it would get those spam messages whenever there were like 3 or 4 people on. That's why I suggested we move to a better server and everything and since I was the only one who volunteered, that's what we did. My internet sucks, but at least it's no longer getting overloaded due to people doing stuff that's part of tekkit. I'm still enjoying tekkit fine though so I doubt I'd be trying 1.4 unless tekkit gets updated for 1.4.
