Uhhhh none. I have mild hyperacusis, I guess. Hardly what I'd consider a rare disease but it's something! I also have really bad allergies. Super rare.

id always wondered what it was, but not enough to google it apparently, lol. and out of all the shows where it was put out there as a potential diagnosis i dont think it was the actual issue in any of them. i do think they just used it because it sounded cool and scarey

Hey I had the same when I was born! Luckily I had this hardcore nurse assisting when I was being delivered, and right when she saw how my feet were she took a hold of them both and twisted them straight lol. Only other treatment I had for it was that I had to wear shoes from pretty much day 1 onwards.

I've got a NREM parasomnia, night terrors, that's so severe that when I have an episode I actually bolt upright out of bed and charge out of the room, sometimes yelling or screaming, without actually waking up until the episode is over and I find myself in another room wondering what just happened.

I'm told it's unusual to have night terrors beyond childhood, and most people who have them usually just have limb thrashing or sitting up, so I guess mine's kinda rare.

I had night terrors in childhood, but my mom has them to this day. She came into my room screaming and hit me in the middle of the night cause she dreamed an alien had taken over my body. She pushes my dad out of the bed on a regular basis to save his life in some dream.
