Where do we go to for issues with mods?

The above quote is actually outdated. If it concerns a regular (green) moderator, you should come to the globals (blue). If it concerns a blue moderator, you should either go to a different global moderator or, if you don't feel comfortable with that, use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the site to message the admins.
