    I don't watch that much anime / read much manga in general but no, no Yaoi for me.

    Though I do remember in Japan, two of the guys on the trip ('twas a school trip) watched a lot of anime, so one of our friends asked them for advice on where to pick up some good gay manga. They helped him find it and were like:
    "Erm... this looks like the right section. If that's what you want."
    (We were looking at him confused at this point, he's definitely straight.)
    He just swept a random armful off the shelves and walked to the till with them and bought them. When he walked back to us asking where we should go get some food and we still just stared at him confused he said
    "What? My sister is really into gay guys and it's her birthday when we get back home."

    So hey, maybe straight guys do popularise the yaoi genre... just on behalf of their sisters x]
