We’ve made a few additional adjustments that will go live on Tuesday with Patch 7.2—

Classes
  • The damage bonus that tanks and healers get per Artifact point spent has been increased to 0.65% for all tanks and Discipline Priests (was 0.5%), and the bonus has been increased to 1.3% for all other healers (was 1%).

Druid (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Feral Druids now deal 4% more damage with Rake, Shred, Swipe, Thrash, Brutal Slash, Moonfire, Ferocious BIte, Ashamane's Frenzy, and Rip.

Monk (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Windwalker Monks now deal 8% more damage with Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, and Rising Sun Kick.

Warlock (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Ulthalesh now has a greatly increased chance to generate the first three Tormented Souls at the beginning of a raid encounter.

PvP

Demon Hunter (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Havoc
    • The duration of Nemesis is reduced to 15 seconds in PvP.
    • The damage of Chaos Strike and Annihilation is reduced by 15% in PvP.
  • Vengeance
    • Vengeance no longer deals 10% reduced damage in PvP.

Druid (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Balance
    • Enemy players can now see the radius of Starfall while active.
    • Moonfire, Sunfire, and Starfall now deal 50% less periodic damage to player targets.
    • Solar Wrath now deals 40% more damage to player targets.
    • Shooting Stars grants 2 Astral Power on player targets (was 4 Astral Power)
    • Dying Stars restores 3 Astral Power (was 8 Astral Power)
    • Intellect increased by 15%.
  • Feral
    • Bloodletter's Frailty increases the damage you deal to the target by 15% in PvP.
  • Restoration
    • Wild Growth cast by Overgrowth now only applies to the initial target.

Hunter (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Survival
    • Diamond Ice no longer prevents the use of Ice Block and Divine Shield.

Mage (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Arcane
    • Intellect reduced by 5%.
  • Frost
    • Concentrated Coolness now increases the damage of Frozen Orb by 225% (was 250%).

Monk (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Brewmaster
    • Brewmaster no longer deals 10% reduced damage in PvP.
  • Mistweaver
    • Windwalkers’ Fortifying Elixir renamed and is now Fortifying Brew.
    • Mana cost of the Ancient Mistweaver Arts version of Soothing Mist reduced by 25%.
    • Mana Regeneration increased by 5%.

Paladin (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Retribution
    • Lawbringer no longer damages targets that are under the effects of crowd-control abilities that break on damage.

Priest (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Shadow
    • Intellect increased by 5%
    • Edge of Insanity now provides a 20% damage increase while you're at 100 Insanity and not in Voidform.
    • Edge of Insanity now activates above 65 Insanity when talented into Legacy of the Void.
    • Psyfiend can no longer be targetted using target macros.

Warrior (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Protection
    • Mass Spell Reflection now provides 30% magical damage reduction while active.

Warlock (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Affliction
    • PvP Template Intellect increased by 5%.
  • Demonology
    • The damage of Doom is reduced by 15% in PvP.
  • Destruction
    • Fel Fissure's duration has been reduced to 6 seconds (was 15 seconds).

You’ll see these reflected in the final, official patch notes, which should be posted on Monday.

We're also making a change to how your damage and health increase as you spend points in your Artifact: The damage bonus per point noted above will stop at the 52nd point acquired, and the health bonus will decrease starting with the 53rd point acquired.

    Greeeaaat more buffs for a class that performs really well, meanwhile specs that really need buffs are left behind, except for that tiny buff for Ferals. Blizz and their amazing tuning this xpac.

    Affliction still RNG. Seriously, are your egos that big you can't just give us all 3 souls to start? Even if it ends up giving us 3 souls every time by the first UA cast, this is totally hubris on your part. It absolutely has to have RNG doesn't it. Pathetic.

    Yep WW was the worst not Balance druids who are 24/24 on all 3 mostly ST fights.... and Got their AOE slightly nerfed by starfall not scaling off haste anymore...

    Balance will be 24/24th class in 7.2... Guess we can hope for 7.2.5 or just all reroll.

    Go to max, Balance is higher than WW. Obviously the majority of people don't play at "max" level, BUT that doesn't detract the fact that at max potential Balance isn't actually the lowest ST.

    I mean both bis legendaries for WW got huge nerfs so our damage is gonna be way lower when 7.2 hits. This buff wont even come close to bringing it back to the level it was. So there are really no buffs at all for WW. Just nerfs.

    What, Monks? They got shit on this patch. Same place as Paladins, really. Good enough cleave, worthless in single target. I must admit I'm a little salty that Ret isn't getting a similar buff, although they kinda painted themselves into a corner WRT actually separating single target and AoE. Guess they could revert the unnecessary nerf to Crusade, but they would actually have to admit wrongdoing for that to occur... and it still leaves us with exactly one functional l100 talent choice.

    You know if you actually did pvp then MAYBE you would realise DH does an absurd amount of dmg within few seconds.. all within some easy 2-3 button rotation.

    Oh yay more DH nerfs. Funny they still havent nerfed Guardian druids in pvp...yet somehow DH get wrecked again. Guardian druid are immortal yet DH needed the nerf......W/E
