I've got 900 USD, build my PC . I don't need to buy a monitor/keyboard/etc and I don't do any video editing or anything like that, this is just for gaming.

IF you really want to lower the price , theres some option but IMO they not worth it. (like you could save 20-30$ on the case and buy something really cheap, or buy a GTX 460 and save 40$ on the GPU)
You dont really need to buy an aftermarket cooler for your CPU, unless you plan to OC over 4.6+ghz (With stocker cooler you can easily overclock this CPU to 4.2ghz)

I don't recommend only 650W for that GPU, it's 500W rated + 100W for the CPU, already 600W add in every thing else, looking at already maxing out your PSU. Recommend 700W, maybe 750W. Your RAM will also have to be OC'd as that Mobo only goes up to 1333 and your RAM choice is 1600, probably suffer from that or you'll have to downclock the ram and my as well just buy cheaper RAM then.
ATI Radeon HD 6970 ftw
I really wish people would stop recommending the Corsair TX650. Look at the one in the Newegg link. Okay now look at the one in this SPCR review. Notice anything?
The one in the SPCR review has a 120mm fan that isn't completely centered. The one in the Newegg link has a 135mm fan. The housings are a bit different, especially around the rear mesh. What I'm trying to get at is that Corsair changed the suppliers for their TX650 PSU, and for the worse. The old Seasonic unit in the SPCR review was a much better unit than the current CWT unit that replaces it. While the CWT built model isn't horrible, it's not worth the $90 price tag. If you have $90 to spend and need a 600-650W PSU, consider the following two...
Seasonic S12II 620W Bronze - $75
Antec TruePower New 650W - $90
However the machine specs listed above would probably use 150-200W during intense gaming, and ~300W fully loaded with GPU/CPU synethetic benchmarks like Furmark+Prime95. A $50-60 500W PSU from a reputable manufacturer would suffice.
650W PSU is more than sufficient for any mid-level GPU
