There's a huge difference. The same difference that makes it okay to show half-naked women in a fragrance commercial, but porn is shown after midnight on shady channels.

That picture is made to make fun of the sexual content it wears. Like all Princess Molestia pictures, they make fun of the sexual themes. They aren't enhancing them or focusing on them. I would say there's a huge difference between seeing that and seeing Rainbow Dash getting it from Big Mac.
