Which means to me, they tried to fix it, figured they couldn't, and now it is rotting in Bugzilla as an open ticket and nobody it addressing it. Maybe it gets fixed, maybe it doesn't. Why is it illogical to count bugs? If I buy a phone and it contains all kind of bugs I don't like that product. Capiche? Bugs are stomped out during beta testing.
Except 6 months later it still isn't fixed, and the pens also cannot do many things my previous pens were able to do.
If I buy SGS3 I don't expect the back having fatigue and small breaks. I can expect a 600 EUR flagship phone doesn't have that. If it does, I want that fixed ASAP and I do not want to hear. When I pay. For a product. That stupid salesman bullshit I am hearing right now. Like. No warries, we'll fix it. Yeah yeah we'll get on it. No biggie. Do not. Downplay a customer who addresses shortcomings on a product.
