Here's all the dunkmasters that I know of so far:

Master Yi, Jarvan IV, Jayce, Jax, Wukong, Pantheon, Garen, Darius, Orianna(?), Vi

Regarding the "trolling" mods, at least Riot doesn't have Ghostcrawler doing the game mechanic balancing.
