I never blame anyone but myself when something goes wrong when I'm tanking stuff.

One tank wanted to be a smart ass about it, so I put him on ignore to finish the dungeon. Got kicked anyway. Which was funny, because I was the only reason they cleared the first two bosses, and I was in the best raid gear available at the time. Woe to them on the fire hawks for whatever blue geared healer they got.

Always check if the people pull something / use aggro increasing things, if both answers are no, then it's your fault.

Dunno how long you played, but yo should have seen the Fire hawks when it was a 10 man raid at level 70. That was hilarious. You were almost forced to have a Paladin tank so he could drop the stacking debuff.
