The US will turn into a Socialist European style country before its the USSR, the question then becomes what happens to the right wingers as the country drifts farther left.

Proof that the mmochamp community can be a bitter and lonely place. What a shame.
Republicans, last time I checked about it
Estate tax hits those the most that have the most expensive properties. Wealthy people have that.
Average people don't pay too dramatically high estate taxes. I live in a rural town in Iowa, I pay about $800.00 a year on property tax. Yet, 30 miles west, in Omaha, Nebraska, in neighborhoods of upper middle class the property tax is as high as 10.000 a year. And where the real rich like Warren Buffet live, it's even higher.
Hence, that tax is a natural enemy of the republican party.

Spending is a means of redistribution of wealth, which in this case is necessary to fix the economy. We can raise revenues and use these funds to repair our infrastructure. This puts money in the pockets of lower classes and in turn repairs the economy as well.
It's such a simple idea, but when you have a party that values a pledge to a lobbyist more than the nation, nothing will get done.
That can be argued....
The state should treat the lower classes definitely different. The goal should be to eliminate the lower class. From a strict investment point alone, the lower class needs to be funded to catch up. The ideal scenario would be if there wasn't a lower class at all, but just a middle class with slight differences.
There will always be a lower class, you may say now.. And that's true.. But that should not exceed the percentage of the upper class.
Then you have a super healthy economy and thriving society.

I hear reading comprehension is hardmode. Perhaps you should seek your own advice.
OT: You're right, there are *shocking* similarities. We breathe oxygen like they did, fart like they did and even have ate pancakes like they did. Holy shit, we're clearly becoming communists!
In theory that might work, but it hasn't been working in reality. Instead the poor just get on welfare and drain the resources of hard-working people, while refusing to put any effort to improve their own social standing. Meanwhile that money we're giving to the poor has to come from somewhere; the people who actually work.
First they came for the communists,
and I thought it would be a slippery slope to assume that they will come for some other group.
Then they came for the socialists,
and I thought it would be a slippery slope to assume that they will come for another group.
Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I thought it would be a slippery slope to assume that they will come for me next.
Then they came for me,
and there were no slippery slopes left.
All right, gentleperchildren, let's review. The year is 2024 - that's two-zero-two-four, as in the 21st Century's perfect vision - and I am sorry to say the world has become a pussy-whipped, Brady Bunch version of itself, run by a bunch of still-masked clots ridden infertile senile sissies who want the Last Ukrainian to die so they can get on with the War on China, with some middle-eastern genocide on the side
