So, in Dungeons and Dragons, there's this thing called a critical failure. Instead of just failing it, you fail so hard on it that it works against you. For example, when meeting a group of nomads with close relations to their steeds, you ask for their name. if you make a critical failure at diplomacy, instead of saying "Could you tell me your name, kind sir, and i'll tell you mine", you shout "Tell me your name, horsefucker".
So the person above gives a fictional situation (or one he might have encountered), and you need to describe his critical failure. It's sort of like the Corrupt A wish game, but instead of wishes, it's actions. please note that an action is something short. Not something like "I fly from Berlin to Paris", but "I'm doing the pre-flight check in my Cessna".
