No, Memphis is shite. He's had 2 good appearances, neither against top sides. Lingard is in his first competitive season, and has been a lot more consistent.

There have been numerous bad calls for penalties and red cards, doesn't mean that gives the right for a player to clip anothers legs when he had no chance to reach the ball, or shove off the ref when he's showing the yellow card.
