I got an email as soon as winners were announced. Then when Beta was announced, it was said that they would give out keys today. But now, I got another email saying it would be over the next few days. ^^

I was going to post here about how I thought I opted out of beta but I guess I set my WoW option as well as Overwatch for beta eligible. Too bad I didn't notice I was in the alpha until Tuesday!

Btw. Just check your battle.net client under select Account/Region. Many of us never received the email for Alpha or Beta but it's active.

-Taken a few breaks for schools. Longest one maybe lasted 4 months.
-Currently subbed and active
-Pre-purchased Legion months ago
-Perfectly clean account - no suspensions / bans ever, in-game or on forums
-Purchased hundreds of dollars in the shop over the years - pets, mounts, realm transfers, faction changes, etc.
-Had a MOP beta invite because I bought the annual subscription
-Only invited to one beta so far - WoD - at it was during the very last wave (or near last)
-No beta invite for Legion (so far)

damn If it makes you feel better, I'm currently not subbed since 2months ago or so, haven't pre-ordered Legion and I only got into WoD beta on the last wave. And now I have not being invited to this one

Honestly, considering legion is only three and a half months away, not getting into the beta isn't that crushing as it was on previous expansions.

But there is alot of class/spec changes and beta really helps with all that stuff for me atleast ^^

There's always room for people to find bugs and help Blizzard make the game better at launch!

For me beta is the perfect way of experiencing lore and quests. Slow pace, reading everything, exploring.
Instead of rushing because your buddies will outlevel you and youll be left to run dungeons with random pugs.
Too bad the only beta I ever got into was vanilla in 2004.

All good points. I also like that it allows me to feel important by reporting bugs and inconsistencies. Whether or not they actually get fixed is another point.

Can i check somewhere when i got my beta invite?
Someone in trade mentioned to check battle.net launcher for beta because he got the option there without a email or another form of information that hes in.
Checked and im in too.

Would be interesting since when because i never use the launcher for wow :X
