Oh dear.. Ret is doing fine this tier. We will never be top and if we are we will get nerfed to the ground. We are in a decent spot right now.

Maybe PVE wise, but PvP Ret atm Worst Melee Class and DPS Class in entire game. WOD S2 and S3 are two most horrible seasons for us since Wrath.

WoD was bad for a lot of reasons but if you think it was so because a single spec was middle of the pack instead of the best ever then you should stop playing the game.
Ret was actually really good towards the end of WoD and continues to be solid in Legion.Owner of ONEAzerothTV
