Actually looks better from bird's eye view than I expected it would. The pic doesn't cover it all, it stretches for 2 or 3 more lengths in 2 other directions, but it definitely covers the best looking part. Lots of green. It's a small town like tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of other such towns around the world, except it's tidier and has less ruined small houses than can usually be seen in such towns. It developed nicely over the past 10 years or so, we have a good mayor who's actually busy doing work rather than securing his own interests, which is a plague in Poland. But it's still a small town, which I love. Well, I haven't lived there for the past year, but I have for 23 years of my life.
If by 'town' you mean countryside, then something like this:

Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
Hobart's a gorgeous city at the Southern-most tip of Australia nestled at the base of a mountain that's snow-capped during winter (June-August for us) and the deepest natural harbour in the southern hemisphere. (Second-deepest in the world).
There's lots of really well-preserved colonial buildings dating back 200-odd years and I believe we have one of the only surviving crossroads in the world with Georgian-style architecture on all four corners (including a cathedral and a Treasury building).

I'd hate to say thats it, but it really is, and it's as grim as that.

There are a lot of horrible places to live in shown in this thread when the zombie apocalypse hits. So, so many people. So, so many potential zombies.
