Same here, upset tummy and all that, ughh! Groceries, I need u! Also had a terrible night because it thundered and I had a nightmare being bitten and chased by three snakes, culminating into a lightning bolt killing me. Such epic, much sweat

Well, here in the Netherlands you can have the supermarket deliver your groceries at home. It will cost you a bit more so I guess that doesn't really help with the bills. Anyways, you have some interesting dreams.

Mine usually involve something that's coming up. Like having a appointment at the doctor in a few days and then I get diagnosed witch cancer in my dream.
The kind that when you wake up you spend the next 5 minutes in awe just because it was all just a dream.

My AH is basically across the street....it's just, I have some RL anxiety so it takes me some time to muster the courage. I know, sounds silly but anyway, I need to go get some food!

Ah yes, the ones were you wake up all dazed and not really back into reality. Can be terrifying too!

A friend of mine has the same, we grew up together and I didn't really notice it until a few years back when she didn't really want to hang out with some of my other friends who are a bit more outgoing. The problem is gone once she gets to know the people and then she starts to throw around jokes and what not.

Now we just basically let her know when one of us is heading out to the store and she just tags a long when she needs to go the store as well. Isn't really a permanent solution.

Well not sure if it counts for your friend but most people have a general sort of social anxiety. Mine is more related to how I am perceived and how I look, it costs me a lot of energy but I try not to show it in public although people probably will notice because I focus so much on it. But I got it done again so I am happy and relieved ^^

I also had a dream about snakes two nights ago. Snakes are one of the things I fear the most. So I was at home and for some reason I had a huge shower room, like one you see at a swimming pool. Then in the center there was like a pile of snakes! I started panicking but while watching them I noticed they were just garter snakes so they weren't deadly or anything. So I calmed down slightly. Then I noticed large snakes in the pile. An albino looking snake, a black mamba (no idea if it was or not but thats what dream me thought it was), and some sort of orange snake. All of a sudden the three snakes turned in my direction and started slithering near! I gtfo and burned the house down.

Oh and when I woke up I wrapped myself up in blankets to make sure nothing was hanging off the bed.
