I really don't understand how anyone can take this position, I mean it seems incredibly obvious that he did engage in some child molestation, the fact that the guy was a good entertainer should not give this type of thing a pass. And Michael Jackson seemed like a disturbed individual on some level, I'm sure it was not easy growing up a celebrity, with the world watching you, while dealing with an abusive father, that still doesn't give him a pass here.

I think it's easy to point to finger and say he was sick, terrible and a monster and pass him off as a bad person, but in my eyes the guy was a product of his environment and his life story should come as a lesson to parents and to the world of the price of fame and being forced to age too fast. Time and time again he was thrown into really fucked up situations before he could mentally understand it, with an abusive father and a world with their eyes constantly on him. Christ, people criticized him so unbelievably harshly and was the butt incessant jokes about a skin condition that we later find out after death he could do nothing about, think about how much that would fuck you up.

I'm not justifying what they found - if they did find it, which is still moderately questionable - but what I am saying is that regardless, we should have already known that the guy was fucked up and it was not really his fault. He had the choice not to be into sick shit, sure, but he never had the choice to have a really fucked up childhood like he did. It's hard to understand the world from the eyes of someone who lived such a strange and chaotic life and as someone who will never understand it I can't pass judgement and neither should anyone else. The guy is dead, let him rest already. If he was alive this shit would matter but he's not and this crime is meaningless now.
