Well not sure if it counts for your friend but most people have a general sort of social anxiety. Mine is more related to how I am perceived and how I look, it costs me a lot of energy but I try not to show it in public although people probably will notice because I focus so much on it. But I got it done again so I am happy and relieved ^^

I hate going to a store for another reason: every time I pass the sodas section, I have to resist the urge to grab a Coca-Cola bottle. I am a sucker for it, but I also have high stomach acidity, so every time I drink Cola, my stomach hurts next day. Plus, I don't want to lose my sporty shape!

And Arabic coffee with milk is tastier anyway.

In happier news, my routine check-up at the dentist went well, he's a lot happier than last year where he thought I was being way too lax on maintanance. That shook ME up. So every is shiny and clean again, yay!
