The Flightmaster NPC is a Warden..... Other than that, I didn't really see a whole lot of connection between the last one, myself. /shrug/

There is a post on the official beta general forums claiming that the vengeance hidden appearance was found "from the pit Lord in the Fel Hammer"

Well, one of the class hall upgrades allows summonable bosses in a new room of the Fel Hammer, but I haven't seen a pitlord in the boss rotation yet.... Let me give it a few clicks and see if one comes up.

Edit: Never mind, can't summon another one today, but I'll keep an eye on it.

While awesome if true, sucks that I'm one of the few where Loramus Thalipedes despawned awhile back and they can't fix it. Looks like I'll have to wait until live to see it.

Ok, I can confirm that there is a Pitlord by the name of Gelgothar in the boss rotation. He did not drop the skin for me on my first kill.

It could be a small % drop from all of the summonable bosses though, so /shrug/ .... I'll keep at it.

Personally, I find the hidden appearence Awesome!
They seem like a fist weapon, but are massive, offer a better feel of 'protection', and they look like they can crack some bones, rather than cutting. To me, they seem much more painful than a normal blade.
Green is a bit cliché-y, but fits the theme right.
The only thing that makes me unsure about which appearence I'll use is that one of them makes you have wings on your hips, or something like that.
And that's badass. I'll go back and forth between these two ^_^

Sure i'll share, It dropped from one of the summonable bosses from our class hall im not really sure if the boss matters but i killed a demon in there and got it on my first kill so i guess its just random drop chance from those bosses.

The first thing you'll need to do is obtain "Candrael's Charm" from a random drop - I assume it comes from Suramar guards, because that's where I got mine. No idea if that's the case.

Once you have that, you'll notice the gem has "C.T." engraved on it. This stands for "Candrael Twinsoul." If you go into the Felsoul Hold crater area in Suramar, there's a path visible on the map that runs west. Go up the incline and double-jump/glide along the rocks to get to the top of the cliffside. Follow it around to a large tree and you'll find Candrael Twinsoul, a Blood Elf Demon Hunter. She's by a large tree, some bird/porcupine mobs just before her.

If you show her the charm, her immediate reaction is to assume you're a thief and kick you off the side of the cliff - ya know, as you do. Her kick will send you straight at "Downfall," a large felbat with around 10 million health. You may've noticed him floating around in the general questing area. There's "violent winds" around him which will keep you aloft. You basically can "swim" in the spiral around him, but can't go too high or low or else you will drop out of the area and will reset (you can go to Candrael to continue attempting it). After damaging him for a little bit, Downfall will fling you off in a direction. You basically need to stay afloat using Glide and fall back on top of him to get kicked up by his winds again.

From my attempts (took around 5-10 to realize this was a DH only encounter and I had to be creative) it seems like you need to cancel Glide once you get back to his winds or it'll be buggy and let you fall right through. He'll fling you around again randomly even when you get back into his "bubble" of wind.

Kill him and you get the Guise of the Deathwalker. The good news is, it's cool. The bad news is, the graphic is bugged at the moment. I have a few 20 yard long polygons jutting out of me at the moment. Can't post any pictures.
Got them today, randomly noticed the neck in my bags and went and got them, took seven tries. Thanks for your comments about the fight. And Yes they are very, very small on a Female Blood Elf.

Hello guys, i made a video on how to get the hidden Artifact of Havoc DH

    https://youtu.be/i0eUFWUNE-w

I explain where to get the Candrael's Charm and how to get to Downfall. Also the best talent to make it easy to kill.
If you liked it please let me know <3

FYi, for the Havoc appearance, you don't need to double jump or do any fancy parkour to get to the Belf DH. You can go around the north side of Felsoul Hold and follow the path around.

So I got back to Mardumm and had Kalecgos down in the Artifact Forge. He had a legendary Quest Marker above his head. Attached are the images from the line so far. Plan on doing Mythic EoA today or tomorrow. Will update as I progress. This was as Havoc Spec.

99% sure that is to get the Darkenblade skin.

I've done it and it leads to the Emerald Nightmare where you have to get 30 Nightmare Essence or something like that, and a couple of items from bosses. Every quest is Something "of Power" and the questline is Balance of Power to get it.

Can someone elaborate on this summonable boss thing? Where does it take place? What's the benefit? Never heard of it

Thanks Forde. I did not know where it might lead and I haven't seen anything on the Balance of Power questline.

One of our Class Hall upgrades that we can buy with Artifact Power is called "Twisting Nether". Once it is complete, a rock appears next to the researcher. Clicking on it sends you to a platform underneath the Fel Hammer where bosses can be summoned and defeated. (Having friends is good, some of them are pretty tricky.) The bosses drop items that give you an hour buff out in the open world.

I just got the "Bulwark of the Iron Warden" from the mo'arg boss in our class hall. Probably can drop from any boss then, but it took me a about a week of doing it for it to drop.

On a side note, a lot of the bosses seem to be good tank tests. Staying alive without a healer is the hardest part of the encounter.

Does it matter what loot specialisation I have selected? Not so much for the 'Bulwark of the Iron Warden' (I'm a tank) but when I kill guards and demons in Suramar, do I need to switch to Havoc to have a chance at the 'Guise of the Deathwalker'?

No, I quest as a tank and killed Downfall with Vengeance with loot set to current spec, and still got both the amulet and the artifact appearance.
