Lol what? I haven't watched Swifty in years but it was quite clearly an accident. This shit happens all the time on twitch, streamers cannot control what their viewers do. Did he fuck up by not checking the profile off-stream first? Sure. But he would never willingly risk his career (yes, streaming/youtube is a career) over something this stupid.

He's invincible and he knows it. Twitch outright refuses to ban or even warn people if they're popular enough, no matter what they do.

I don't know if he asked for the donations to look at tweets but he accepted the 3/5 dollar donations that had tweets in them and proceeded to give them a beta key, so whether he intentionally was monetizing beta keys or not, he accepted money for beta keys.

Legendarylea actually showed her snatch on stream - and she did it intentionally.
She was faking being "drunk" on stream, constantly doing silly movements and conveniently wearing no panties.
