This Pokemon Go thing has helped me find so many people to battle with. Sadly I had to buy a new DS and game since some jerk stole mine but the last couple of days have been a blast battling people who don't use overpowered mons only.

My main problem with those concepts is that the Popplio evolution feels way too feminine. Pretty much all of the starters we've got so far are pretty androgynous (all either fairly "featureless" or having a body style that can go either way). Meanwhile, we've got Popplass here who feels WAY to female to be a two gender species.

IMO.

Bayleef was pretty much a chick with a flower neckpiece.
Serperior always looked like a princess.
Samurott looked like a knight with an epic moustache.
Emboar was a sumo wrestler.
Fennekin looked like a witch.

That's six starter Pokemon that definitely lean towards a specific gender.
