From what we know she was standing between police and violent protesters, so the police worried about her safety, moved her to a safe place, end of story.

I dont see what is so striking and powerful about it. All I see is someone breaking the law getting arrested in a perfectly reasonable manner for intentionally blocking a road. The guy in the second picture actually has balls
