Yes, Sargeras founded the Legion to fight the Void Lords, but also to bring all Titan creation to waste, since he thinks their ways are too weak, and that Chaos is a more "natural" notion than Order.

His intentions may be the same as ours in the end, but for bad reasons and through bad actions.

Sargeras is unfortunately corrupted by Fel energies, he is essentially himself a demonic entity. We might ally with him temporarily to destroy the Void Lords (supposedly a bigger threat than even the Legion), but once finished we'd essentially be back where we started. Better in the long run to stop Sargeras' crusade of devastation across the universe and end the threat of the Void Lords and the Legion ourselves. Realistically, it also makes for a better game - once Sargeras' story reaches its conclusion we go on to the struggle against the Void Lords.

He was convinced of the folly of the Pantheon's mission to bring order before he shattered Mardum, but after being saturated by Fel from the shockwaves of destroying the prison-world of the demons he went on the kill Aggramar and then the entirety of the Pantheon using said Fel. I'd say you could argue he was going mad before his corruption by the Fel, but the Fel corruption pretty much sealed the deal (and definitely didn't make his mental state any better).

Honestly, I don't think a dorment titan is actually a "Child" growing up to become an adult titan, I think it start out an adult, but it has to gain power and knowledge from the universe, while absorbing all that power until it wakes. So...sargeras isn't wrong to fuck her?! Makes sense, I mean...we do need an azeroth rule 34 soon

Enraptured has various meanings (attracted, charmed, filled with delight, etc.) and can be used as an expression of love, but isn't always one. Being attracted / obsessed about someone / something isn't always equal to loving that someone / something. To give an example - I just did a quick Google search about the usage of "enraptured" in WoW-related stuffs, and first result was that Velen was enraptured by K'ure's appearance before it helped the Draenei to escape (in Rise of the Horde). Surely that old Draenei isn't romantically love a crystal wind chime at first sight...

Edit: Or, how Arthas (when he was still human) stared, both horrified and enraptured at Kel'Thuzad body rotting away. Arthas was twisted, but I doubt he was that twisted to literally love a rotting body.
