Depends heavily on the height. To me, 155 at 5'11" is borderline pre-adolescent skinny. I'm 4'11" and just under 130 lbs and keep myself at least in the realm of the top tier of fitness. Build is pretty heavily important, as is musculature.

Irs a pretty reaonable male size. Its not primo fitness size but its definitely not a rail and certainly not unhealthy. A man or a woman at 4'11" 130lbs is overweigbt though for sure, unless you are a brick shithouse of muscle.

I see that you were unable to provide any proof what so ever that people are starving on our streets. It is not paranoia.... what would you call it when someone is clearly making up facts to try to paint something in a negative light? That is bashing....

Most of our homeless have mental problems. We have tons of shelters, social programs, charitable donations. I see people give homeless people food and money every single day. I follow the news and can never recall a story about someone starving to death on our streets. The homeless issue here is a lot more complicated than you realize. It is more of an issue of them not seeking or accepting the help than there not being help available.
