Just as a point of perspective, all of these officers won't just be in a ring around the building. The Secret Service have issued guidelines which include a wide buffer zone that has to policed as well.

The Democrats are getting just as much if not more for their convention. Hell in PA, the democrat Governor wouldnt even approve our budget unless there was $10 million in it for the convention.
