My SO doesn't complain about anything I do in particular. We always talk out to the best of our abilities our differences. We might vent to other people sometimes about each other but that is normal and healthy. Sometimes it is nice to hear an outside perspective on things.

We are both mature (sometimes - hehe) adults (sometimes - hehe) and we know what we want and how to work through things. Bickering 24/7 isn't healthy at all for any relationship. Also constant complaining about each other might be a bad sign for the relationship and a sign that you need to figure out so it doesn't progressively get worse and turn into a life changing issue.

Nothing in life is worth complaining a lot about. Solve the issue instead of letting it get worse.

Well it's no big deal...doesn't seem to bother him...just well bothers me more...is completely unemployed and still gets pissed at him. It's not like he just comes homes, pops open a can of beer, and parks in front of the tv till he turns into a vegetable...he does stuff and works...yet she wants him do more even though she doesn't do as much as she likes to believe she does.
