I wonder when the confession will come. Both Suzuka and KNIM had really good confession scenes.

YP has released vol 1 with the second voming out in 2 months. The webnivel version that is being translated is only at around ep 14-15 of the anime.

So I guess reading the WN would be the best way to keep up after the anime ended? How far are the manga raws in comparison?

Checked it again just now and the last translated WN chapter came out almost 4 weeks ago, so my best guess is that it's most likely dropped, seeing that it was a blog with no other translations on.

The 3rd arc manga has 15 chapters scanlated so far and reached the point where Puck was in his giant form and froze Subaru for the first time.

So looks like atm there isn't really a reliable way to continue the story until another, and preferably 'veteran', translator picks it up

As crimson's posts point out, the level of translated stuff out there for Re:Zero is depressing.

That said, with 6 episodes left, best to stick with the anime. The anime will finish arc 3 while the LN won't finish it until Volume 9. And YP just released the first volume so... give it 18 months, at least, for the official English LN to catch up? xD

There are also differences between the WN and the LN so, up to you which you eventually read, if any.

Dude idk if the official EN sells well enough it could take less time. At a glance the JP doesn't look that hard to translate, especially compared to Oregairu with its tons of colloquials and references. RZ is extremely popular so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't get a rushed release schedule to capitalize.
