Went to the event for pokemon today. Gotta say, the hype was not real. The Nintendo rep was about clueless. Asked if there were plans for a special 3ds and hes like "they usually announce that closer to release". I said, what about pre-order bonuses? "Haven't heard anything".

So basically picked up the art cards, which is a picture of the starters and legendaries in both forms, and a post from the random assortment of posters they had from various things and that was it. I was hoping for something big when they were talking about battles and all that. Not 1 gamestop employee with a ds wanting to battle.

Really was disappinting =/. Drove half an hour for it too.

I know. I just expected more from an event they bothered to set up and send nintendo reps to. I mean, that is a lot of work to organize like that without really much to it.

Anyone remember those 1999 bk gold cards? I just managed to get two for $40 total from my brothers friend. I've been wanting some, but don't really trust the interwebs.

With most fan-projects i wouldn't agree with you; but the dex of uranium just doesn't seem on par with what others are.
