It all vendors for the same price though, regardless of ilvl. So as long as you have enough boxes at 100 to get a complete set, the occasional upgrade might be worthwhile just so you can survive more easily. I was able to get a complete set of warforged at either 710 or 720 when I got to 100 with about 50 of each box. In the end you're going to vendor most of it anyway since you only need 1 of each piece.

Well, judging by the literal crowds of people just standing idly in the Kharanos inn - requesting an invitation to the group and just freeloading apparently works the best :|

5 man groups share tags. Raid groups do not.

One of these days, I should probably figure out a decent signature.

Something I've experienced, if in a raid and you are too lowbie to fly, if you arrive at the "boss" mobs and don't get a change to enter combat, you won't get credit.

Opening up the boxes at any level lower than 100 is a waste.

On my druid, I had full looms on got debuffed with doom guard curse. Popped survival instincts (50% damage reduction) before it dealt damage, and it still did 99% of my hp.

Some abilities still don't scale correctly. Delirium is the same - you need to take 50k damage from players to break it... when you have 5k maximum. Together with Doom, it's pretty much a death sentence.

max range judgement. How is that even a question ?

Leveled a rogue to 100 with shuriken toss just fine. If you can't with a class who can self heal itself and immune damage...

Sunfire is pretty amazing for tagging things. I've just been bouncing around casting that and healing people on my Druid.

I would say it's helpful to upgrade at least some pieces. In the 90s after my looms stopped scaling, my character was dying CONSTANTLY. Kept losing xp to the big mobs and bosses because I'd be dead when they died. Things sped back up tremendously after I opened a few boxes to upgrade some items.

It's not like there's no way to get more of the chests.

    edit/update:

to be fair, this is only a thing if you don't have your looms upgraded 2/2

This is correct. I must have lost at least two levels worth of XP to getting aggro from bosses and dying coupled with bonehead Alliance DH's who think it is hilarious to constantly run around and kill lowbie Horde.

You're either trolling or can't read. It's fine. Thanks for the help.

You don't get bladestorm or second wind until the higher level range, which makes the 10-75 stretch kind of painful. I'm past 75 now and have gotten a fairly good routine down though.

It's just that as priest, or any other caster with an instant DoT with no cooldown, you can literally just stand still doing nothing but tab-targeting and spamming a single button. Especially effective in tightly packed areas like Dun Morogh. As a warrior you have to actually, you know, do things!
