How can I edit the interrupt and darkness message though?

Interrupt message is something you have do disable in /ec > General. The Darkness message is in /wa > DH Icons > Darkness > 'Actions'-tab > Delete/edit the message.

I still havent gotten around to building my WA setup, but here's the out of combat side of it. Just a basic Shadowed Unit Frames / Bartender / Sunn Viewport - with a bit of utility tossed in.

/moveui > S&L: Backgrounds from the dropdown menu. If you want to disable them altogether then /ec > Shadow & Light > Modules > Backgrounds

I can;t find where to edit mine on elvui, i must be missing something really dumb?

Someone is using ClairvoyantUI
It's the best minimalistic UI I've found.
I'm using the same, except I don't use those huge action bars as well as I've moved the right text and put healing/damage meters there.

This is mine.

The minimap turns into a radar when needed (pretty handy IMO)
The test bars are not of my cooldowns, but should be treated as if it was a raid encounter (it's BigWigs).
