nerfed again? 2PM Pacific time rotation only one world pvp quest up located in Stormheim

I noticed the honor increase as well, however it looks like the tower WQ are now once a day instead of every 5 hours.

they were nerfed again. towers now only pop up once every 24 hours, seems like 8 am pst is the new respawn, but they once again give 300 honor. the FFA style pvp WQ are still on a 6h respawn, 8am, 2pm, 8pm, and 2am all times pst and awarding 500 honor.
