I mean, we're not kids anymore. I'm 27 and she is 24. She is hellbent on taking a flight just to spend 2 full days with me including sleeping in the same room, and on me spending one weekend alone in her house. Well, she sounds interested in you. At the same time i've never met a girl who was as quick to move things along as she is, so in that respect, i'd remain a little apprehensive. I would just wait till you go that concert, hang out, have a good time, and just talk. See where the conversation goes. You will know over the course of the night why she's been showing so much interest in you.

Maybe she just needs/wants a friend, so you don't wanna make things awkward by telling her your feelings/past feelings for her without understanding where she's coming from.

I was planning on taking it easy and checking her body language throughout the day, while showing through my own body language that I'm interested in her. Then whenever a moment arrives where we can just sit and talk for a while, I'd give her a few hints about what I want and see how she responds. Yes because you know a lot about me. I've been in many relationships, even got married once then separated. I'm asking mmo-c because most of my friends would just tell me something along the lines of "yeah she totally wants the D" or whatever and I wanted some serious advice.

Approach this calmly. Go to the concert give her some drinks, make sure to stay sober and casually tell her that you used to like her. Then see how she reacts.

Several factors play into this.

I have a buddy who is a photographer and because he gets all these beautiful women that interact with him, he has had STUPID high standards. He is a bit of a dork and not that handsome and acts a bit...gay at times (I have NOTHING against gay people btw). He was constantly getting his hopes up and getting shot down on a regular basis. Recently he took my advice and "lowered his standards to higher his average" and it has payed off well...unfortunately the first girl he was able to land after 5 years (yes 5 years of getting shot down), he wants to marry. My point is, if this chick is really hot and a bit out of your league your best bet is play it VERY slow and do not smother her. Honestly that is good advice for any situation but especially in this case. You need to play close attention to all the friendzone signals she sends, they will be obvious...only your blind hope could obscure signals.

The difficult thing is letting it all play out and allowing the right moment to come...DON'T push it. HAVE FUN DAMMIT!!!
By being together and getting to share experiences together it will all work out, OR won't. At least you are far enough away so you don't have to see her everyday if you are friendzoned.
