Your pose: only a couple specific things, both rothulivic and drunktank should be in the “Monk2HIdle” pose in a way to kinda show off their weapons. Everyone show be arranged behind the warrior on each side in kind of a V showing off casters casting, melee ready for combat or mid attack (if Dk is attacking maybe the 2h smash attack) maybe the hunter doing the troll squat like he is tracking something, everyone needs to look like they are ready for action, and the Demon hunter in a glide type animation above them behind the warrior.

the character models do not work yet, but we can get most creature and other models.
It's an alpha so there will be loads of updates on the way, at least we're getting somewhere!
It said on the page that he was gonna work on the character models next!
