Samuro - Melee Assassin - Warcraft Hero

Realy hoping for Blademaster, although if added he will probably be an Assassin, who historically I'm pretty shit with. Unless they go all Kerrigan on him and give him solid defensive options.

Taran Zhu is one of the more hated characters from not just MoP, but WoW in general. But if there would be another panda, it would be him. I don't see any place for Lorewalker Cho or Aysa Cloudsinger/Ji Firepaw.

Going with the blademaster speculation for now. The artwork that's been linked reminds me of Zeratul and Zul'jin, though.

I would disagree with this.

Sure, he gets vocal hate, but not anymore so than Sylvanas and Jaina do. He's probably on the same level of Vol'jin hate that would pop up, which I would put below Syl/Jaina.

I personally love Taran Zhu as a character, and would instantly buy him if he was announced.

Samuro would be a logical choice, not just from the surrounding circumstances (easter eggs, Samwise drawing it etc) but because he would be very simple to paste into HotS.

He'll have Windwalk and Mirror Image for sure as base abilities (bonus points if the clones can be controlled unlike Nova) and Bladestorm as one of his ults.

Problem with Grom and Garrosh is they are not Blademasters, but simple Warriors. Grom being Blademaster in WC3 was explained as being simply for gameplay reasons.

Blademasters are different, they are some sort of occultist Samurais. Unlike Warriors, they do use some magic.

We do not need a Orc tank Hero in HotS, so we can have a full Orc team and scream "For the Horde!". I kind of had a game where we picked all the Orc heroes out of coincidence and had a lot of fun with all the Orc talk from both WoW and WC3.
