Falcosuar pets so frustrating!

I tried doing the Dal quest and didn't get credit even though he was on the team. I thought he was summoned but I guess not? Might try again today. Like someone said, if you have alts you can just do the same battle multiple times with them.

Look for the Falcosaur swarm daily (Wardens) in the various zones. After you kill a Matriarch, you can interact with an orphaned hatchling. You need to have the correct food for it, then you will get it as a pet.

Check wowhead Usually it involves bringing certain food item, killing matriarch during world quest and traveling to a nearby point where you will find the little guy. Feed it and you will have your pet.

Make sure its the correct ones, there are 2 diff types, ones that spawn through the day and ones that spawn at night. Eldritch and Erudite, but they look the same just slightly diff colour.

The Orphaned hatchlings are spawning in specific position, not under the Matriarch body. You need to kill momma and then move to the specific place to pick the orphan up. You only need to have the specific food in your bag (can be bought from Dalaran vendors), it's not consumed.

I have already written off the mounts as something i will never posess. I have pet pattled maybe two or three times since the addition of the pokeman shit and each time it was because i accidentally right clicked on a critter. On the one hand i do collect mounts. On the other hand... pet battling. So, nope.

I had this problem when baby dino was second or third pet on a team.
They do not need to be summoned, they need to enter battle as first pet.

That isn't actually true, from my experience anyway, I have had the hatchling in the 2nd or 3rd slot and gotten credit for the win, so long as the hatchling was summoned in the world whilst doing so.

Do the first menagerie quest in your garrison, it makes you run over to your mine and you get a free 25 boost. I did it on 4 rooms for 4 boost stones. Fuck pet battling

These are easy if you have multiple 110s

Find a pet WQ
Make sure your pet is summoned
Do WQ
Log an alt
Summon pet
Do WQ
Rinse repeat

Specifically, only the snowfeather and sharptalon hatchling quests can be done for now, the bloodgazer and direbeak ones will have to wait for Nighthold to open.
