Dunno about you, i haven´t noticed Nighthold being in the game with relase. Only Emerald Nightmare. Patch later, we got (not really yet tho) filler raid, ToV. That´s it.
Unless you mean by "at the relase" the 4 months gap between another tier. Wich is the Nighthold btw.

except it has been in game since release.. just you couldent acsess it... same with blackrock foundry in wod, was it "6.1 content" no its was 6.0 content
and we will see nighthold in 3 ish months, no where near enough time for "7.2"
