What happens to a demon who gets maimed in the twisting nether

Yes they stay maimed just look the pitlord in baradin hold, but when they come back to the nether all of the parts from their bodies come back

Hmm, and Brutallus was still all eff'd up when he appeared on the Broken Shore. So maybe they retain any damage they suffer in the Nether while healing any damage they suffer outside. Damage a demon in the Nether and he's permanently damaged, even if he manifests a body outside the Nether, dies, and returns to the Nether to get a new body.

Demons armor, and i guess weapons if attached, are fused/grafted to their body. I'm guessing it's some sort of fel magic used that does the fusing. So when they die and get sent back to the nether, its probably a part of them at that point.

This info comes from one of the Archeology demon items.

He's all scarred too, and pretty sure his hands are missing under those big arm-blades.

They get demon prosthetics, just like brutallus did. And yes his model clearly shows that his bladefists are replacements rather than weapons.
