Clinton team hunts for volunteers to help with recount efforts

Hillary Clinton is looking for volunteers to help with the general election recount in two states.

New pages have been set up on HillaryClinton.com for those eager to assist the retally effort in Michigan and Wisconsin.

“Help with the Michigan recount,” one page urges. “Let us know if you want to get involved.”

The page features a sign-up form — but offers no other details, other than: “Someone from the team will be in touch.”

“Paid for by Hillary for America, a grassroots campaign of 3 million donors committed to electing Hillary Clinton (and keeping Donald Trump out of the White House),” reads the disclosure at the bottom of the page.

A lawyer for the Clinton campaign announced last week that they’d be joining Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s effort to get a recount of the close vote in Michigan.

The counther (not a spelling mistake) conspiracy goes mainstream as Hillary Clinton seeks result-deniers to help her fight the lawfully tallied results of a democratic election.

I guess she figures most of her supporters will forget this...

The US is not a Democracy. Your Vote does not matter. Even President Elect Trump said the American Elections are rigged and we have seen people vote from the Grave.
You could have voted Trump,Clinton or some other Candidate. The only vote that matters is that of the Electoral College.

It is not a direct Democracy but democracy nevertheless. Would you rather have a dictatorship?

Switzerland is a Democracy. The US is not. They should call themselfs what they are. A Rebublic.

Switzerland identifies as a republic, and so does the US. In fact the most common definition of a republic (and yes, the definitions do vary) is that the country is ultimately governed by a charter or a constitution, and not necessarily by mob rule (for example, in a republic, a majority vote cannot take away inalienable rights.) The later is democracy.

Anyways even if we follow the definition of identifying a republic as an indirect and/or representative democracy, then Switzerland is still a republic, and indeed it uses a system similar to the electoral college in the US for electing its federal council.
